Returns and Exchanges
At The Sixth Edit, we take great care to ensure every order is seamless, from purchase to delivery. Each piece goes through strict quality checks, but if you are not satisfied with your order, here are the conditions under which returns or exchanges are possible:

If your merchandise is damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving it by emailing sales@thesixthedit.com. Kindly share images and details of the defect. After reviewing, we will respond within 48 working hours. A full store credit will be issued for damaged products.

If you receive an incorrect item, please share your order number and details. Once the incorrect item is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will ship the correct piece.

Please check our size chart before placing an order. If, despite this, the item does not fit, a size exchange will be accommodated. Contact us at sales@thesixthedit.com to initiate the exchange.

Items must be unused, unworn, and intact, with all original tags, garment ribbon tags, and security straps attached.

Customers must ship the item back to us via a reliable tracked courier; any transit damage is the customer’s responsibility.

All items bought during sale or promotional events are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note: Items cannot be returned on the grounds of colour variation.
