Returns and Exchanges

At The Sixth Edit, we take great care to ensure every order is seamless from purchase to delivery. Each piece goes through strict quality checks. Below are the conditions under which returns or exchanges are possible:

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
  • If your merchandise is damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving it by emailing info@thesixthedit.com. Kindly share images and details of the defect. After reviewing, we will respond within 48 working hours. A full store credit will be issued for damaged products.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and intact, with all original tags, garment ribbon tags, and security straps attached.
  • Customers must ship the item back to us via a reliable tracked courier. Any transit damage during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, please share your order number and details. Once the incorrect item is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will ship the correct piece.
  • All items bought during sale or promotional events are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • We strive to present colours as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to differences in screen displays.
  • We allow size exchanges. Please check our size chart before placing an order. If you require an exchange, write to us at info@thesixthedit.com
Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the shipment has not yet been initiated. Beyond this window, cancellations or modifications will not be possible.
