Domestic Shipping
- We deliver across all serviceable PIN codes in India.
- Free shipping is offered on all prepaid domestic orders.
- Once confirmed, separate orders cannot be combined for shipping.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD) for purchases across the website.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a fee of ₹150. Please note, this fee is non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or return.
Dispatch & Delivery
- Order delivery will be done within 7-12 business days post confirmation with our team.
- During peak seasons, national holidays, or unforeseen delays, delivery may take a little longer.
- Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Partners & Tracking
- We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
- A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched, so you can follow it to your doorstep.
- Kindly ensure your full address and active mobile number are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
Packaging & Care
- Each garment is packed securely with signature tags and protective materials to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.
- In the rare event of transit damage, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
